Ashley Adams, Baker | Owner. Ashley is a home baker in Rock Hill, SC. The Dark Oven Co. Bakery was established in 2026.

Her treats are homemade from scratch: stuffed cookies, brookies, blondies, brownie cups and seasonal muffins, with names like Cookies N' Screams and Boo-Scoff Brookie. Even the sugar glass on top is, in her words, "made by me."
